1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of the delivery date under the following conditions:

Damaged or Defective Product: The item received is physically damaged or not working.

Incorrect Item Delivered: The product received does not match the size, color, or description of what you ordered.
Important Note: To ensure a smooth process, we highly recommend taking a quick unboxing video when you receive your package.
2. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unused and in the exact same condition that you received it.

Kept in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and manuals included.
Please note: Due to our strict quality control and hygiene standards, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for "Change of Mind".
3. How to Initiate a Return? (Easy 3-Step Process)
If your item meets the return criteria, follow these simple steps:

Step 2: Provide your Order Number along with a clear video or picture showing the defect or wrong item.

Step 3: Once our team approves your request, we will arrange a reverse pickup directly from your address. You don't need to go anywhere!
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item at our facility, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

For COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders: Since the payment was collected in cash, approved refunds will be transferred to your provided Bank Account or issued as Store Credit (which you can use for your next purchase).

Processing Time: Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after the return is processed.
5. Exchanges
If you need to exchange a defective or incorrect item for the same product, simply follow the return process mentioned above, and we will dispatch the replacement as soon as the issue is verified.
